Marty Supreme15
In 1950s America, Marty Mauser, a young and self-absorbed working-class New Yorker, dreams of becoming the greatest table tennis player in the world. As he navigates the highs and lows of competitive success, his complicated personal life intertwines with his ambition to transcend the sport that made him a star. Oscar-nominee Timothée Chalamet delivers a sensational lead performance in Josh Safdie’s (Uncut Gems) electrifying exploration of power, privilege, and the intoxicating pursuit of the American Dream.

‘For its entire two and a half hours – which whips past in what feels like mere minutes – Safdie’s film had me vibrating like a tuning fork. It’s a joyous salute to life’s beautiful cacophony.’

Our beautiful art deco inspired auditorium can be found just off East Oxford's Cowley Road.We are open 7 days a week. We open the cinema and box office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each film, and the Box Office then closes 10 minutes after the film starts. We only show a few adverts – less than most cinemas – and we only play a couple of trailers, so please don’t be late as the film itself starts very close to the advertised time!
