In the English countryside, Elizabeth meets the reserved Mr. Darcy. Their undeniable chemistry is challenged by pride and class. Joe Wright’s lush adaptation captures the tension and romance, starring Keira Knightley and Matthew Macfadyen.
Cher, a fashion-forward teen in Beverly Hills, rules her school with style and confidence, until love complicates her charmed life. This clever, modern reimagining of Jane Austen’s ‘Emma’ turns teen comedy into sharp satire.
Left penniless, sisters Elinor and Marianne navigate love, grief, and societal limits in 18th-century England. Ang Lee’s graceful direction and Emma Thompson’s Oscar-winning script bring a fresh feminist lens to Jane Austen’s timeless story.
Our beautiful art deco inspired auditorium can be found just off East Oxford's Cowley Road. We are open 7 days a week. We open the cinema and box office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each film, and the Box Office then closes 10 minutes after the film starts. We don’t show adverts, just a couple of trailers, so don't be late as the film itself starts very close to the advertised time!
