Lynch/Oz15

Directed by Alexandre O. Philippe | USA | 2022 | 1h 49m

Toto, I’ve got a feeling we’re not on Mulholland Drive anymore! The Wizard of Oz is one of the most enduring obsessions of American filmmaker David Lynch. This documentary takes us down the proverbial rabbit hole, drawing fascinating parallels re-interpreting Victor Fleming’s 1939 family classic by way of David Lynch, revealing a whole new appreciation for Lynch’s surreal symbolism through the lens of his greatest influence.

Join us on New Year’s Eve and again on Monday Bank Holiday (2nd January) when we’ll be showing The Wizard of Oz as well as David Lynch’s nightmarish road-movie from 1990 Wild At Heart. Use the link underneath to get tickets for both.

Sorry - you missed it!

We showed Lynch/Oz between December 31, 2022 and January 2, 2023.
