Together We Make presents: Little Women (Craft-A-Long Screening)U
In 19th-century Massachusetts, the four March sisters – headstrong Jo, gentle Beth, romantic Meg, and restless Amy – chase ambitions, fall in and out of love, and clash over what their futures should look like. Saoirse Ronan, Florence Pugh, Emma Watson, and Laura Dern lead a stellar cast in Greta Gerwig’s warm, sharply observed take on Louisa May Alcott’s beloved novel.
This screening is presented by Together We Make, a crafting community centred around needle-based crafts such as knitting, crochet, and sewing. These sessions are designed as informal, low-pressure social gatherings where you can enjoy your craft in the company of like-minded people. The aim is to create a calm, creative community space where connection and creativity come first, without any expectations or pressure. This screening is an opportunity to experience the atmosphere of Oxford’s oldest picture house while crafting alongside fellow makers. Please note that there is absolutely no pressure to craft during the session. If you’d simply like to come along and watch the film, you’re very welcome to do so.
Please note that house lights will stay on at a medium level throughout the screening to make craft activities easier to see.

Our beautiful art deco inspired auditorium can be found just off East Oxford's Cowley Road.We are open 7 days a week. We open the cinema and box office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each film, and the Box Office then closes 10 minutes after the film starts. We only show a few adverts – less than most cinemas – and we only play a couple of trailers, so please don’t be late as the film itself starts very close to the advertised time!
