The Drama15
After a charming meet-cute, the sardonic, cool Emma and the reserved British Charlie start building a life together. In the hectic week leading up to their wedding, between menu tastings and photography tests, they discover new sides of each other. But when an unexpected revelation shakes their plans, chaos ensues. Directed by Norwegian filmmaker Kristoffer Borgli (Sick of Myself, Dream Scenario) in his signature absurdist style, this rom-com lets Robert Pattinson and Zendaya shine in a story that’s anything but typical.
Reviews
‘It’s cringe-inducing and gross-out in places, but artfully shot, interestingly edited and set to some of the freakest flute toots in arthouse cinema.’
★★★★★
India Block, London Evening Standard
‘The prickly tension between fantasy and reality in The Drama feels particularly well-judged, both in the relationship between Charlie and Emma and within Emma’s dark confession.’

Our beautiful art deco inspired auditorium can be found just off East Oxford's Cowley Road.We are open 7 days a week. We open the cinema and box office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each film, and the Box Office then closes 10 minutes after the film starts. We only show a few adverts – less than most cinemas – and we only play a couple of trailers, so please don’t be late as the film itself starts very close to the advertised time!
