Kino Kids Cinema Club: Spirited AwayPG

Directed by Hayao Miyazaki | Japan | 2001 | 2h 5m | English (Dubbed)

Ten-year-old Chihiro and her family are moving to a new home when they decide to stop and explore an abandoned village along the way. However, things take a dark turn when her parents undergo a mysterious transformation, and Chihiro is swept into a magical world filled with fantastic spirits and magical creatures. Winner of the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2003, Hayao Miyazaki’s breathtaking fantasy adventure is the crowning achievement from one of animation’s most iconic filmmakers.

Tickets for Kino Kids Cinema Club screenings are £4 for Children (under-15s) and £6 for Adults. Screenings are relaxed, meaning that the sound will be turned down a notch, and the lights will be up a little, and we don’t mind if people make a bit of noise or move around during the film.

All children (aged 11 and under) must be accompanied by adults at all times, nor shall we admit adults who do not have children with them. If you have any questions or need any more information about these screenings, please feel free to get in touch by emailing us at: [email protected]
