Divine Schism presents: Meet Me In the Bathroom15

Directed by Will Lovelace & Dylan Southern | UK | 2022 | 1h 48m

Inspired by Lizzy Goodman’s bestselling book, Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace’s documentary is an immersive archival journey through the New York music scene of the early 2000s. Set against the backdrop of 9/11 and a world unaware of the seismic political, technological and cultural shifts about to occur, this film tells the story of an age of indie-rock ‘n’ roll through the prism of a handful of era defining bands, including The Strokes, LCD Soundsystem, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Interpol, TV on the Radio, and The Moldy Peaches.

Reviews

★★★★
Ed Potton, The Times

‘This nostalgic music doc is an electrifying time capsule for indie kids of a certain age’
★★★★
