Didi15
In the late summer of 2008 in California, a 13-year-old Taiwanese American boy discovers what his relatives can’t teach him: how to skate, how to flirt, and how to cherish his family. Winner of the Audience Award at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, Sean Wang’s touching semi-autobiographical film captures the joy and chaos of being a first-generation teenager.
Reviews
‘Easily one of the best, most seamless films I’ve seen on the experience of growing up online.’

Our beautiful art deco inspired auditorium can be found just off East Oxford's Cowley Road. We are open 7 days a week. We open the cinema and box office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each film, and the Box Office then closes 10 minutes after the film starts. We don’t show adverts, just a couple of trailers, so don't be late as the film itself starts very close to the advertised time!
