All That Jazz15

Directed by Bob Fosse | USA | 1979 | 2h 2m | Starring Roy Scheider, Jessica Lange, Ann Reinking, Leland Palmer, Cliff Gorman

When he’s not planning for his upcoming stage musical or working on his Hollywood film, choreographer and director Joe lives a hedonistic life filled with wild parties, no-strings sex, and popping pills. The mental and physical stress begins to take a toll on the perfectionist, forcing him to decide whether his non-stop lifestyle is worth the risk to his life. Director and choreographer Bob Fosse turned the camera on his own life for this wildly imaginative and self-critical musical masterpiece starring Roy Scheider. Winner of the Palme d’Or for Best Film at the Cannes Film Festival in 1980.
