Burning Man: Art On Fire + Director Q&A12A

Directed by Gerry Fox | UK | 2020 | 1h 30m

Burning Man: Art On Fire offers a revealing look at the spectacular art at the heart of notorious American festival Burning Man. This eye-opening documentary follows the unpredictable journey of artists who push past logic to create massive installations and sculptures in Nevada’s harsh desert. Shot in the wake of the sudden death of Burning Man’s legendary founder, the artists face impossible deadlines and relentless dust storms. Over several months, this richly cinematic, character-driven story captures how they imagine, build, and ultimately burn the extraordinary structures that define this temporary city of dreams.

Screening followed by a Q&A with director Gerry Fox.
