H Is For Hawk12A
After the sudden death of her father, Helen turns to the ancient art of falconry, training a wild goshawk named Mabel as a way to cope with her grief and hold on to memories of the natural world they once explored together. As she teaches Mabel to hunt and fly free, Helen is forced to confront how deeply she has neglected her own emotional life. Claire Foy delivers a career-best performance in this emotionally resonant adaptation of Helen MacDonald’s award-winning memoir.

Our beautiful art deco inspired auditorium can be found just off East Oxford's Cowley Road.We are open 7 days a week. We open the cinema and box office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each film, and the Box Office then closes 10 minutes after the film starts. We only show a few adverts – less than most cinemas – and we only play a couple of trailers, so please don’t be late as the film itself starts very close to the advertised time!
