Friendship15
When a wrongly delivered package draws suburban dad Craig into the life of his charming new neighbour Austin, an unlikely friendship begins to bloom. At first, it feels like the start of a heartwarming bromance, but things quickly take a darker turn. Craig’s obsessive nature starts to push Austin away, sending Craig into a downward spiral that threatens to unravel his entire world. Director Andrew DeYoung delivers a sharply funny take on modern male friendships with this offbeat comedy, starring Tim Robinson (from cult sketch show I Think You Should Leave) in a standout role.
Reviews
‘Robinson, really, is a genius at all this… There are few better at capturing the existential terror of having to talk to other people and then making us laugh about it. He might be a clown, but he’s our clown.’
★★★★
Clarisse Loughery, The Independent
‘The same wildcard energy that made Robinson’s sketch series a cult classic is threaded through Friendship. There’s a feeling that anything could happen at any moment.’
★★★★
Hannah Strong, Little White Lies

Our beautiful art deco inspired auditorium can be found just off East Oxford's Cowley Road. We are open 7 days a week. We open the cinema and box office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each film, and the Box Office then closes 10 minutes after the film starts. We don’t show adverts, just a couple of trailers, so don't be late as the film itself starts very close to the advertised time!
