Otto Baxter, a 35-year-old man with Down Syndrome, has always struggled to explain how he feels. Determined to overcome this obstacle, he begins writing and shooting a foul-mouthed, autobiographical comedy-horror-musical set in Victorian London. Spanning six transformative years, this uplifting documentary captures Otto’s endeavour as he brings his unique vision to life along with his filmmaker friends, Bruce Fletcher and Peter Beard, who help him realise his dream. The feature will be followed by Otto Baxter’s short film, The Puppet Asylum.
