Infinity Pool18
An author tries to jump-start his writer’s block by booking a luxury holiday on an isolated island resort for him and his partner. However, the couple soon find themselves involved in a mysterious subculture of violent hedonism which leads to a tragic accident with shocking consequences. Brandon Cronenberg, director of 2020 horror Possessor and son of legendary filmmaker David Cronenberg, returns with a provocatively satirical and nightmarish horror about how the super-rich bend justice to their own whims.
Reviews
‘It may not be for everyone, but I dived deep into Infinity Pool – twice – and enjoyed the hell out of the experience.’
★★★★
Mark Kermode, The Observer
‘Infinity Pool is a visually engrossing slice of nightmare fuel that’s heavier on vibes than plot – an atmospheric, grubby little downer holiday movie that takes on dark tourism and even darker desire with seductive, sickening style.’
★★★★
Hannah Strong, Little White Lies

Our beautiful art deco inspired auditorium can be found just off East Oxford's Cowley Road.We are open 7 days a week. We open the cinema and box office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each film, and the Box Office then closes 10 minutes after the film starts. We only show a few adverts – less than most cinemas – and we only play a couple of trailers, so please don’t be late as the film itself starts very close to the advertised time!
