A brash young artist in hired by the wife of wealthy landowner to make a series of landscape illustrations of their country estate. But when the murdered body of the husband is discovered, mysterious clues found in the drawings point to the identity of the killer. With Michael Nyman’s score and visuals influenced by Caravaggio, Vermeer and Rembrandt, Peter Greenaway’s witty, stylised, and erotic country house murder-mystery is a remarkable work of cinematic art.

We open the cinema and box office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each film, and the Box Office then closes 10 minutes after the film starts.
