It Doesn’t Get Any Better Than This12A

Directed by Rachel Kempf & Nick Toti | USA | 2025 | 1h 23m | Starring Rachel Kempf and Nick Toti

Driven by a decades-long obsession with horror, married couple Nick and Rachel buy an abandoned duplex as the setting for their DIY film. Inside, they discover walls covered in satanic graffiti and a basement filled with ominous, seemingly cursed objects. Soon, locals begin gathering in their front yard, locked in an eerie trance, and the nightmare deepens. Blending twenty years of archival footage from Nick and Rachel’s real-life relationship, this one-of-a-kind found footage horror blurs the line between documentary and nightmare.

Screening in the UK for one night only, it will never be released online.
