How to Blow Up a Pipeline15

Directed by Daniel Goldhaber | USA | 2022 | 1h 44m | Starring Ariela Barer, Kristine Froseth, Lukas Gage, Sasha Lane, Forrest Goodluck

With a global environmental disaster looming, a crew of young environmental activists execute a daring mission to sabotage an oil pipeline. With their plan in motion, each character’s motivations are revealed as the film barrels towards its explosive climax. Inspired by Andreas Malm’s controversial book, Daniel Goldhaber’s tense eco-thriller is both a heist movie and a timely call to arms to halt the current climate crisis.

Reviews

‘Tense and tightly plotted, How To Blow Up A Pipeline is existentially terrifying but not nihilistic. It’s an exciting, humanist eco-thriller that figures there’s still time to take action — but only so much.’
