Die Before You Die15

Directed by Dan Pringle | UK | 2024 | 1h 44m | Starring Ziad Abaza, Priya Blackburn, Falah Hashim, Laurent C. Lucas, Harry Reid

A hot-headed influencer finds himself trapped six feet underground after an internet challenge goes dramatically wrong. With no idea who buried him or whether they’ll return to dig him up, he faces a desperate fight for survival while undergoing a profound spiritual awakening. Starring Ziad Abaza in a gripping solo performance, this tense psychological thriller explores the dark side of social media and the spiritual toll it can take.

Reviews

‘This sort of claustrophobic, almost one-man show depends a lot, obviously, on how engaging and range-capable the lead performer is. Abaza, thankfully, is very good.’
Leslie Felperin, The Guardian
