Artists Heather Ackroyd and Dan Harvey have built an internationally recognised body of work that responds urgently to the climate crisis and ecological breakdown. Their art has become both provocation and rallying cry, earning global acclaim and a devoted following within the environmental movement. Award-winning documentary filmmaker Fiona Cunningham-Reid presents an intimate portrait of the pair whose collaborative practice sits at the intersection of art, activism, biology and ecology.

One-off screening for The Great Big Green Week 2026, featuring an introduction by Ellie Monk (Project Leader, Green Arts Oxfordshire Network).

This screening is a collaboration with Green Arts Oxfordshire Network, supported by Oxfordshire County Council as part of CAG Oxfordshire’s Small Grants Great Big Green Week programme.

Our beautiful art deco inspired auditorium can be found just off East Oxford's Cowley Road.We are open 7 days a week. We open the cinema and box office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each film, and the Box Office then closes 10 minutes after the film starts. We only show a few adverts – less than most cinemas – and we only play a couple of trailers, so please don’t be late as the film itself starts very close to the advertised time!
