Nominated for nine Oscars (including Best Picture) and winner of four BAFTAs.

Reviews

‘This is an often shoulder-shudderingly funny film, whose comic dialogue is dazzlingly designed and performed. But McDonagh leaves fate itself with the last, black, bone-rattling laugh.’
★★★★★
Robbie Collin, The Telegraph

‘Another acerbic, dangerous, darkly amusing, and heartbreakingly sad character drama from a modern master of shifting tones.’
★★★★
