All My Friends Hate Me15

Directed by Andrew Gaynord | UK | 2021 | 1h 34m | Starring Tom Stourton, Antonia Clarke, Joshua McGuire, Georgina Campbell

It’s Pete’s birthday and the old gang from college are throwing him a party out in the country. His cautious excitement, however, soon turns to dread after his friends begin to turn against him one-by-one. Treading a fine line between black comedy and disturbing psychological drama, Andrew Gaynord’s superb feature debut explores the modern horrors of social anxiety and paranoia.

Reviews

‘Sharp characterizations and a genteel riot of fine-tuned performances find ample rewards in all of this awkwardness.’
