Reviews

‘One of 2023’s most astonishing films comes in the form of a two-part opus about a woman drawn to mystery that takes a few cues from Twin Peaks…An extraordinary achievement in both narrative storytelling and thematic originality.’
★★★★★
David Jenkins, Little White Lies

‘Paredes gives the film a magnetic, if elusive, centre as a seemingly fragile but unshakeably intrepid heroine — at once Alice in Wonderland, Holmesian sleuth and feminist Tintin.’
★★★★★
Jonathan Romney, The FT
