Directed by India Donaldson | USA | 2025 | 1h 30m | Starring Lily Collias, James Le Gros, Danny McCarthy, Sumaya Bouhbal, Valentine Black

Seventeen-year-old Sam sets out on a three-day backpacking trip in the Catskills with her father and his oldest friend. As the two men slip into a familiar rhythm of friendly bickering and unresolved tension, Sam tries to keep the peace. But when boundaries are crossed and her trust is broken, the quiet harmony of the trip gives way to simmering conflict. In her perceptive feature debut, India Donaldson channels the subtle emotional depth of filmmakers like Kelly Reichardt and Céline Sciamma, offering a sharp exploration of power, trust, and the fragile dynamics between family.
