Memoir Of A Snail15

Directed by Adam Elliot | Australia | 2024 | 1h 35m | Starring Sarah Snook, Eric Bana, Jacki Weaver, Dominique Pinon, Saxon Wright

Grace, a lonely misfit with a passion for collecting ornamental snails and a deep love of books, has faced a lifetime of hardships. But when she forms an unlikely and enduring friendship with Pinky, an eccentric elderly woman, hope and inspiration begin to shine through. Winner of Best Film at last year’s BFI London Film Festival and nominated for the Oscar for Best Animated Feature, Adam Elliot’s stop-motion animation is a poignant, heartfelt, and often hilarious portrait of an outsider discovering her confidence.
