Kino Kids Cinema Club: The Emperor’s New GrooveU
When the vain and self-centred Emperor Kuzco is turned into a llama by his scheming advisor, the flamboyant and villainous Yzma, he finds himself lost in the jungle with no one to turn to, except for a kind-hearted peasant named Pacha. Set in a fictional South American kingdom, The Emperor’s New Groove is a fast-paced, laugh-out-loud animated adventure bursting with quirky characters, sharp wit, and heartwarming moments.
Tickets for Kino Kids Cinema Club screenings are £4 for Children (under-15s) and £6 for Adults. Screenings are relaxed, meaning that the sound will be turned down a notch, and the lights will be up a little, and we don’t mind if people make a bit of noise or move around during the film.
All children (aged 11 and under) must be accompanied by adults at all times, nor shall we admit adults who do not have children with them. If you have any questions or need any more information about these screenings, please feel free to get in touch by emailing us at: [email protected]

Our beautiful art deco inspired auditorium can be found just off East Oxford's Cowley Road. We are open 7 days a week. We open the cinema and box office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each film, and the Box Office then closes 10 minutes after the film starts. We don’t show adverts, just a couple of trailers, so don't be late as the film itself starts very close to the advertised time!
