MINI MEMBERSHIP (£10/year)
Want to save money on food and drink every time you visit? Sign up for our Mini Membership to get exclusive discounts at our bar all year around. You’ll also be eligible for a new, exclusive membership perk: £6 tickets every Tuesday. Transform your Tuesdays into treat nights at the UPP!

CLASSIC MEMBERSHIP (£35/year)
Similar to our previous membership offer, but with more! If you think you’ll come to the cinema four or five times a year, then our new Classic Membership is the one for you. Get three free tickets when you sign up and then save money on tickets for an entire year, including £6 Tuesdays and money off at our bar.

Enjoy coming to the cinema with a friend? Or plan to visit us six or more times a year? Our Ultimate Membership is a perfect match. Save money on tickets for both you and a guest, enjoy exclusive discounts at our bar, and even get money off private screenings and parties. It’s the ultimate membership for ultimate film fans!
Ultimate Membership Perks:
- 5 free tickets when you sign up (equivalent to £57.50*)
- £2 discount on ticket prices
- £2 discount on tickets for a guest (one guest per screening)
- £6 tickets on Tuesdays

FAQ
Is my existing membership still valid?
It certainly is. Even better news: if you have a valid membership you can now enjoy all of the benefits listed under our new Classic Membership tier. This means that, as well as your usual £2 discount on tickets, you can enjoy £6 tickets every Tuesday, Member-only bar offers, and 10% discount on all food and drink at the bar.
I’m a Senior/Student/Claimant. Do I still get tickets at a concessionary rate?
Absolutely! Our general ticket structure will remain the same, so if you’re Senior, a Student, or a Claimant, you can still purchase tickets that are cheaper than our Adult ticket price. If you sign up for one of our new Memberships, then you will receive a further £2 discount on the cost of your ticket.
How do I get my 10% discount at the bar?
It’s simple! Just present your Membership card or your ticket (print out or on your phone) to our friendly volunteer at the bar, and they’ll ensure you get a 10% discount on your food and drink.
Do I need to get a new membership card?
No need. Your current membership card remains valid. If you don’t have a membership card, or would like a new one, just ask us at the Box Office and we’ll supply you with a fresh one.
What happens when my membership expires? Will you roll me over automatically, or will I get a notification beforehand?
We send out an email towards the end of each month to remind you if your membership is due to expire. There will be a link in this email to renew your current membership and choose whichever tier of the new membership scheme you would like.
I’d like to upgrade my existing membership to the Ultimate Membership. Can I do this?
If you would like to upgrade your current membership to an Ultimate Membership (and have access to new perks such as discounted tickets for a guest and money off private hires), then we are happy to offer an exclusive offer to upgrade for £30, plus three additional free tickets on your account. You will then have an Ultimate Membership for a whole year thereafter. If you would like to take up this offer, please send us an email at [email protected] or speak to a member of staff at the Box Office. This offer to upgrade expires on Friday 31st May 2024.
Are you getting rid of your 15-25 Membership scheme?
No way! If you’re aged between 15-25, you can still sign up for our free 15-25 Membership, giving you £5 tickets for screenings Monday through Thursday, and £6.50 tickets on Friday through Sunday. If you have a 15-25 Membership and would like to further support the UPP and enjoy the new membership perks, then you are more than welcome to purchase an Annual Membership as well.
